Possible Gyno?

Hey guys im on my first cycle which is test e 500mg ew week and dbol for first month 50mg kick start. I am having a little bit of sensitivity in my nipples and maybe a small ball starting behind my left one and they seem to be getting puffy .Not sure if this is gyno i got my nolva on stand by in case it is just trying to be safe thanks.

should be taking adex or letro now if sypmtoms start showing which they are..id take nolva now and order an anti e right away

Lower your dbol dose ASAP to maybe 30mg ED.
Start nolva at 40mg ED for a week then taper down to 20mg ED and re-evaluate. How long have you been on dbol?

Nolva @ 20mg ED may well be enough. If this has no effect after 7-10 days be looking to include an AI into your daily cycle. If the lump grows further you may need to look at Letro but dont jump into it straight away as it is a very strong drug with many sides & will hold back max gains. Check Letro dosing protocol for the correct way to administer.
