My wife always used theme songs from '50s-'60s TV shows and cartoons. She'd edit it to reloop and make a 60 second theme 90 secs or whatever her time limit was. She always went for comedy.

She knocked the judges dead every time, but more importantly she was ALWAYS the crowd favorite. Audiences at bodybuilding shows love the comedy entertainment value and nobody ever goes for it when they pose.
