popping joints

Ever since my 1st cycle of Sust/Deca/Dbol one of my elbows cracks when I straighten my arm. Its a little painful, but not bad. I was just curios if anyone else has dealt with this.
 
Stretch the muscles around your elbow. Tri's, bi's, forearms. It loosens up the tendons/ligaments in the joint which cause the "popping".
 
I know the feeling. I have shit for joints. My knees, elbows, and shoulders are all of the time popping and cracking. I can scare the hell out of people in the gym. I'll be lifting and something will pop real loud and everybody is like OMG holy shit. Anyway, glucosomine helps, but my problems are a little bit more medical. I developed arthritis in my knees when I was 11, and I tore my rotator cuff about a year ago. Dorian Yates is my inspiration, maybe I'll win the O one day with every bodypart injured.

my body cracks everywhere... my knees, elbows, ankles, wrists, hips, neck, fingers, etc, etc...

The conclusion i came up with is sports... I think the reason has to do with playing sports aggressively for all these years... I don't think the gear caused it maybe just sped up the process.
 
yep here too. I can slowly extend my arm while I felx and my elbow will pop two or three times and then I twist to pop it again along with my wrists. Especially after I screwed both my knees up, they cracked moving from left to right and twisting in the morning.
