Poor online service

Just finish dealing with a online nutrition supplier. Took 10 days to fill my order with items in stock than 14 days to ship it out to me. I have spent $500+ with this company in 6 months.

I inquired after 10 days wondering when I would get my package. I was told it just got sent out that day, and there would be free items in my package for my patience. Got the package and not a single thing. Not even a sticker

How would you feel with this service? Would you deal with them again?
 
Uhm.. shit does happen.. so I understand that running a gad damn company.

I would be a little pissed if you were lied to though about the free stuff, that would be my only qualm OR if they said oh yeah everything is in stalk you'll have it right away.

Customers don't get angry when you set the right expectations that would be my only concern, you did still get the product and you've been dealing with them for 6 months, so I wouldn't solely base your decision on one experience, sometimes you get different sales people, sometimes people get caught up things get forget.

EG shit happens, though I would request your free shit if you do decide to buy again.

This company only has one person running it. I understand its a smaller company. But 10 days to fill a order than ship it is a little extensive, don't you think?

Most people would think that you pay for your item it would get shipped out 1 or 2 days later. Not 10 days.

Well again that is all situational.. as in maybe he didn't have EVERYTHING at his disposal to fill your order, make his supplier was out of something so he couldn't complete the order until the 10th day. It might not even be his fault.

so my question is again regarding the stock and did he set the right expectations for you.

What he said! Things always happen. I would only be upset about expecting additional items and them not in there. However, I bet if you mentioned it they would hook you up next time. Issues always happen in business though. It could have just been a one time thing. I would still give them another chance if you love the product. If I love something and the product is awesome then something like this wouldn't scare me away. I would just not have expectations on time of delivery. If you are worried about running out before you get new stuff then make sure you order your items a good amount of time in advance next time.
 
It's a american company, part of the reason why the shipping took so long. If I ever order from this person again, it will be on condition that he sends it express. At 24 days to get a product. It would give me 2-3 days max of trying his new product to decide if I like it so I can reorder.

I might try Orbit nutrition next, I guess they offer a 3 day shipping to canada. A 4 day from order to product would be perfect.
