Britney has always had serious acne conditions, she breaks out and then she has to cover up the breakouts with makeup because she's doing an appearance, but that just makes the acne worse..I think the reason she gets alot of acne is that Britney probably produces more testosterone than the average girl, thats why she's more muscular and very sexual..i kinda like it despite the acne breakouts..
