Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Nasty subject. A couple weeks ago I had diarrhea for 10 days, and a bad throat. I'm over that now, but I'm noticing the poo now is coming out with white on the end and like a stringy-white stuff on it. Do I need to be worried? ...and, what is that?!

Go to the health food store, get a good probiotic (I like primadophilus) it'll be in the refrigerated section. Take that two or three times a day for about 7 days. Keep the bottle in the fridge.
