there are alot of routines on here that can help you, my suggestion is read the first 10 pages of the board and you will find something you like

One thing to keep in mind is you really are not going to gain much muscle while losing weight/fat. For fat loss you need a caloric deficit, for muscle gain you need a caloric surplus. In some cases I have seen people gain LBM while losing fat, but for most it isn't really that convienant.

Of course I'm not going to say it isn't a possibility for you to explore the chances of gaining muscle while losing fat, but it would be minimal at best, in my opinion.

Also, this is assuming AAS are totally out of the question (which they should be at this point)
