PolishHammer...

It took me about 2 and half hours but I finally got it down.

The funny thing was that I had to wake up @ 3 am for a pb&j sandwich with hersheys choc syrup on top. I swear the more food I eat, the more I have to eat. Make any sense?

You have a good memory there my man.

:)

It makes sense to me. I've noticed that my stomach seems to have a "memory" It "remembers" that there is supposed to be alot of food in it, and grumbles if there isn't any, or is not enough. Does that make sense? I have gotten up in the middle of the night to eat, just to shut my stomach up.

all you fast metabolism guys with good doner dna PISS ME OFF!!!!!!!!!! :( lololol

It depends on what I find in the fridge. Honestly though, I have been stocking up on the Healthy Choice dinners. Some decent protien, but they lack in flavor. I have been tempted to get the Hungry Man pound and a halfers, but I think they have too much salt.

I can't cook for shit!

I would give anything to get rid of these chicken legs of mine, so don't wish for too much rnch!

Chciken legs can be healed with squats, deadlifts and good mornings.

Milk also does the body good.

Dude, I have the squats and deadlifts in my routine. My legs are getting stronger, just not getting bigger.

I know, In Time, In Time...

exactly

Food andRest are # 1 brutha. It doesnt matter what you do or how you do it unless you give your body the ample rest is commands and deserves.

Or when I really feel like a fat fuck......

Open a jar of Jif.....and dump about a half a bag of chocolate chips in it......

Grab a spoon....gallon of milk and eat until ya can't eat no more

man, you cant grow on that crap. go get a bunch of chicken breasts, marinade em in some olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice...throw em in the oven. food for a week.

grab some ground sirloin, brown it, add spaghetti sauce, make some pasta....bam easy food.

potatoes/yams - throw em in the microwave

keep it easy and simple

1st of all, this ain't no competition big guy.

Nice idea though.

Did you ever melt the choc chips on the stove before hand or do you microwave them?

During my first semester of college, I tried to put on weight by eating 2 peanut butter sandwiches and drinking 2 beers right before bed (beer was available through a friend).

Peanut butter sandwiches and beer is an excellent combination.

LOL, thanks. Since you live in Philly, you can come on down and fix that shit up for me!

I know it ain't pretty, but for me with little time in the kitchen, and NO cooking skills, it's all I have for now.

I can grill up a good steak and pork chops on the Forman grill, and sketti isn't that hard, but when it comes to chicken, fuggitaboutit.
