Ok so -- simple question.. I am doing eod injects, so far I did one in each ass cheek... if im not sore or anything can I just keep alternating these or do you recommend I use other sites as well?
 
you don't want to re-poke the same wound, it will hurt (might cause infection/abscess). You can try in the first glute in a slightly different area. You can also use your quads, just don't poke too far. The ventreal gluteal is a good site too..

I did EOD shots between my quads for the first 16 injections.. I started using glutes now.. I can poke my quad in a million places before I need to poke in the same spot again..

Whatever you like, watch the soreness.

If you keep poking the same places over and over with only a couple days rest you are going to build up scar tissue. You need to rotate injects. If you want another fairly painless place to inject try the side of your quad about a hands length down from your hip joint. Make sure not to go in between the different quad muscles though. If you shoot the front of your quads its gonna hurt like hell. Learned that one from experience. The side of your quad doesn't because you don't really flex that when you walk.
 
alrighty -- ive never done anywhere but the glutes so Im just gonna try quads and delts to see if I like em better, might as well right, ha

personally i think you should rotate sites. quads,glutes,and delts are my main sites. then i also do pecs and tri's as alternatives when running shorter esters.
