If you can get ahold of someone's utility bill (maybe the trash), you can always get a fake driver's license from the internet and you're in business.

Or type up a fake utility (or cable bill / any bill) in the name on the fake ID you have. With scanners and color printers anything is possible.

I had to show 2 pieces Id at Mail Boxes Ect. But they didn't care about the address on them. I used an old out of state dl then got a new dl with the mbe address on it, so they don't have a clue where i actually live. Rules probably vary by state.
