Hey ma name is perry i used to work out before but i stopped and now i really want to get back into it can sombody help me with a training plan/workout plan that i can follow : Ps my goal is to bulk up with lean muscle mass and also if anyone can recomend a product ex. whey Creatine that would be the best that would be great because people always tell me diffrent ones to use and im confused
