hello i am in college and i find it hard to eat 6x meals a day.....no time.......i am trying to loose some fat on the lower stomach and i was wondering 6xmeals really matter, what if i have like 3 or 4meals a day that add up to 1500cals or 1800 cals needed .............
also what kinda carbs are good i am not looking to get cut up or something just loose lower stomach and i was wondering if this carbs are good

wholewheat bread
whole wheat pasta
oatmeal
sweet potato
veggies-Broccoli,spinach,red kidney beans,tomatoe???
are this good source of carbs,i hear alot about stay away from pasta and wholewheat bread?? how is this gonna effect my dieting to loose lower stomach i plan on doin AM lifting and like 10-20mins cardio followed on empty stomach before i head to my class's plz help on which carbs i can eat plz plz
 
you must eat every 2 and 1/2 to 3 hrs to keep blood sugar and metabolism going along properly-you need to avoid pasta and bread when trying to get cut
 
carbs 100grams a day atleast
protein 160a day
fat-30grams

but wha can i bring during class's,we cant eat during class's:( :(

You can't eat 6x a day? why...you can bring protein shakes to drink between classes which will bring up your daily calories into the 6x a day meals....the carbs you have listed are fine, add some chicken breasts or tuna as protein and you're fine.

at 160lbs. (160x12=1920cal a day)
you can do:
160 g protein
150 g carbs
40 g fat (EFA)

Don't you get locker breaks? Just shove a protein bar or something down your throat while walking to your next class. Or you can ask the teacher to go to the rest room and eat something there :D. I usually bring a black water bottle with a mrp in it, I say its water and the teachers don't mind.

No! they are packed w/ hydrogenated oils and other crap I wish not to talk about because I want to spare you monotomy of the subject. Basically, anything precooked in a box (i.e. dinner) is not good. Look at it this way, at tuna sandwich w/ fat-free mayo is VERY simple to make.

That's what the protein bar was invented made for. I always bring a protein bar, protein shake (in a shaker bottle), and apple and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with me to school. I eat it in the middle of the buildings and get all sorts of weird looks but I don't give a fuck. You could also bring a little cooler with you and leave in your vehicle and just make quick trips to it in between classes, that's what buddy of mine does.
 
Dude i suggest you get an MRP, not some bars. Bars cost too much, and mrps = more bang for your buck. This is what I do at school :
I bring small tupperwares filled with tuna and mayo, or cottage cheese, and while I go down the hall, I slam it. Or I pretend to take a piss and eat it in the stall. For an easy although no optimal MRP you could just mix together some Whey and Oatmeal (1cup)

DOOfy listen to these guys,they not what they are talking about.Protein shakes are the most convenient way to get in extra meals if you do not have time and overall are not that expensive compared with all the other fast food crap out there.
