hey,
my bro is like 200lb and he wanna loose some fat, since i am more into weightgaining, i have no idea which product i suggest him
hydrooxycut or xenadrine???
what do u think is the best fat bruning supplement out there..thanks

I've had better results w/ Hydroycut. Less jitters than Xenadrine it seemed.

Doses is 3 pills 3 times a day I think. Take the stuff on an empty stomach at least 30 mins. before you eat, and at least 1 1/2 hours after you've last eaten.
