Plyos

coolCol, I understand that. I'm looking for a plyo program to ADD to my weight training program. But thanks for the link..
 
Ya same here..i do plyos alot but, my vert hasn't increased my in the last year. Hmmm..hook me up with something here coolcolj

really there is no one program, everyone is different find where you are lacking and attack it while maintaining your strengths, then re-evaluate your qualities and repeat

But IMO the 2 most effective "plyos" are depth jumps and alttitude drops, start low and work up, But are pretty taxing on the nueral system
