Pls help?

Hi! I'm 27, 6ft, 161 pounds (I know!) I've read through alot of the posts on this site pertaining to AAS and done as much research on the net as possible. I would like to gain anything between 5 and 12 pounds. I was a racing driver since about 3 years ago and was forced to keep my weight down as much as possible ('cause lighter is faster). In turn this caused me to do alot of cardio and little weight training. After I retired I could at last gym much harder and gym to gain. To my surprise it was not as easy as I thought it would be - so... respect! I started eating more and supplementing it with a protein shake. That said - I'm not getting in enough protein ED and I now know this is a serious problem and will therefore increase my intake. I'm currently on a decent diet which only lacks enough protein. I've also experimented with loads of supplements i.e. creatine and N.O. combinations. My problem is this: no matter how hard and often I hit the gym - I just do not gain. I get defenition but no gain. I've been told that I am an ectomorph body type and should make peace with the fact that I shall remain skinny, but I will not budge! I gym 6 days a week with 2 days spent on cardio (one day heavy cardio and the other mild cardio). I started researching AAS and after chatting to a friend at my gym (hopefully trustforthy) he told me I should do the following if I do not want to go too hardcore and limit water retention and sides: 25mg Winstrol ED and 200mg Testo per week for 6 weeks. Now - after reading all your posts, I'm doubting this recommendation! Assuming I'm getting all and the best nutrition I need to build, what would you recommend the best way to go about this would be? And if you would, what is the best preventative measures / advise re. sides I could follow, especially with testo. I thank you in advance for your help and input! PS: This will be my very first cycle.
 
Ok bro! Sounds like to me before you even think about doing AAS you need to up your calory intake. If you want to gain you have to EAT. Not saying that once you have exhausted all natural resources you may not want to do AAS but where you are now I would not recommend it until I could see what gains could be achieved by proper diet. Go to the diet and nutrition forum and find you a gaining and mass building diet and try that first. Winstrol hell no taht is a cutter and will only harm your gains . For your first it woul;d be a test only cycle. But I feel you have many gains to earn before you can even begin that. AAS is not a miracle and without the proper diet you will be not only wasting your time you will be wasting good gear!
 
diet is the missing link here. if you are an ecto than here is what you need to do. eat 5-6 high protein, high carb, high fat meals ed. drink lots of whole milk and eat pbj's between meals. get in at least 2g protein per lb bw ed and 4g carbs per lb bw ed and fill in the gaps with fats. eat beef. whole eggs, whole milk, oats, sweat taters, green veggies ect, eat fruits daily. if you still can manage to eat enough to put on weight this way go to plan b. hit the buffet once per day.

Yes, keep the lifting to very heavy, low rep lifts. Also, you must make sure you are getting atleast 2 grams per lb of bodyweight in protein. (preferably from meat sources)

Thats a very safe a light cycle... almost too light... I might bump that up to 300mg/week on the TE.

I wouldn't do the AAS until you have your workouts and diet in check. Its too easy once off cycle to fall back into old habits. You should work on eating really good and make it a habit, you will be amazed with a good clean diet how much gains you can get from food. The once you have both of those down your cycle will be even better.

Good man. I love to see people taking the advice that's given to them, especially when it involves NOT taking AAS until they get their shit together.
