Its a 10ml vial, Quality Vet, reads "BOLD QV 200" in red against a green and white label, small square "QV" hologram below the BOLD QV part, blue flip top with the words "flip top" on it, label has rounded corners, lot number:QVB 004
Expiration: 10 2004
