Please someone help me with a high protein diet.

okay I need more protein, because I think I ain't eating enough, I'm on a cycle of dbol, and deca and need at least 250-300grams, of protein. I go to school, and work so my schedual usually look like this

Monday-Friday's
SCHOOL- 8:30am-3:10pm WORK 4:00pm-6:00pm

Saturdays
WORK- 2:30pm-6:30pm


Can ya guys please help me a high protein diet, that will work. I currentle have protein powders, which has 22grams of protein, in one scoop.
 
All you have to do is eat a few cans of tuna fish and you're good to go. Add a little lean red meat and chicken breast and you'll get to 250-300 with no problem at all...I mean 250-300 g of protein isn't a lot, nor is it difficult to achieve....I eat 250+ a day while keeping my cal between 1500-1700, it's usually 60%+ of my diet.

Wait a minute - why in the world are you asking about diet NOW - shouldn't you have had your diet in order BEFORE starting your cycle?? :confused:

Furthermore, you shouldn't be using protein powder as the main source of protein, you need to eat REAL FOOD, especially while on cycle.....:confused: :confused:
 
I cannot understand why you wanna have more protein?Becouse you are busy person you have to take care of your carbs intake not protein.You should give a try 60/15/25 diet.Works great and it will give you great energy you cannot believe
