hi

I am 20 years old, and I want to lose some fat, I have been training for a while now, and i dont eat any unhealthy food. But I need help to set up an diet plan. Can anyone please help me??

I am training 5-6 times a week, Weight, and cardio, I eat chicken, and salat, fruit, and drink protein shakes. And drink water, and sometimes juice. I need help to set up a plan for what to eat and when, for a god resultate.

Can you give us a typical day for you? Including amounts of what you eat?
What diet plans have you tried before?

ok, i really dont have an scedual on what I am eating. My problem is that I dont eat at same time every day, and some days I only eat one time a day. I need a stix plan, so I will eat at the same time everyday. I weight ca.67 kg, thats about 135 pounds. I am 5,4 feet. My meals are as usual . Breakfast 2 slices of bread, with turkeyfilet. Then I as usual dont eat before dinner, and as usual I eat chiken filet, and some rice. If I eat evening, I eat bread. Whit this meals I drikn juice, or water. And I eat fruit on regular basis.
 
67kg = 148lbs

Here is an example of a diet posted by one of the women there:

6:00 AM 1/2 cup oats and 6 egg white omelette w/ salsa

9:00 AM Low carb MRP or protein drink made with water; EFA supplement (flax oil, fish oil capsules, EFA capsules)

12:00 PM Large salad with 4 oz chicken/turkey/tuna; olive oil & vinegar for dressing

3:00 PM Balance bar - I'm not a big fan of bars, but I'm not sure the types of food she eats. I'd eat some turkey and red peppers, but I live a boring life.

6:00 PM Grilled chicken/london broil and steamed vegetables (green beans/broccoli/spinach - something along those lines)

9:00 PM 1 cup cottage cheese (slow digesting protein before bed); EFA supplement (flax oil, fish oil capsules, EFA capsules)
 
Im not an expert but i do know that eating one to two large meals a day is not good for your metabolism. Try breaking your two meals down into six nutrient rich snacks everyday. Doesnt have to be anything big, just something little to give your metabolism a kick start and still give your muscles the energy they need.
