I have done a search as always before posting. I have found a lot of information on superclen but what I didn't find is the best time to take it. I read somewhere that one guy took his dose before bed and it helped him fall asleep.
My thing is I don't want to take it in the morning before I work out if it is going to give me the shakes and prevent a good work out. So I was thinking about taking my dose before bed every night. Any suggestions?
Also, does it matter when you take it compared to when you train? I am thinking that I can take it at night and train in the morning or even take it in the morning and train at night. I don't want to stress my heart out by taking the shit and then going to the gym. I'd rather take it at night since I usually wake up early to train. PLEASE give me feedback!!!!!
Also if any one has any good RESULT PICS please post. I want to see your results.
