5 meals per day
1000 cals to protein : 250 grams, 50/meal
450 cals to carbs :112 grams 55/2 meals
250 cals to fat :25 grams 5/meal
i weigh around 185 (the scales at my gym arent the best)
To clarify the above section with the carbs, what that means is that i fit all my carbs for the day into 2 meals, one before workout, one after. if I'm notdoing anything that day, my first 2 meals of the day will contain the carbs. (this is how I'm going to start doing it anyway)
My diet previous to today was the sme thing basically with 150 grams of crabs per day divided omongst each of the 5 meals.
I used a strict diet and workout plan and DNP off an on over about 10 weeks and lost 25 pounds or so. I went from 38 inch waist ot 32 1/2.
