Please post here if you have seen this lately. (Getting sick)

Half my family members, (not really) have been getting sick with some kind of bug that's going around. Vomitting, some have diarrhea, headaches, chills WHILE sweating at the same time. No appetite, lethargic. No, it's not the aids! My mother had it, my 2 uncles, myself, BIA, nephew... I'm sure I'm missing a few people. Anyway, I've heard about 200 or so people who've had it in connecticut. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or knows someone who has had it? For me it lasted a few days and went away, but my BIA has had it for a week now. It really kicks your ass. Sure we've all had a 24 bug at some point, but this thing is spreading to so many people that I know who don't even see each other to "infect" one another that easily.

Nah. The weird thing is we don't live near each other or had contact with each other, yet we're all getting it one by one. I was just wondering if others have gotten sick as well. I did hear about 200 or so people in conn., but that's it. I guess if someone was that sick, they probably wouldn't be on here anyway.

i got sick this week.

never sneezed so much in my life. also had probably the worst runny nose of my life.

but it was only a 48 hour bug(came on very quickly and passed just the same) and none like what you had described

i cant imagine being sick like that. I honestly in my 37 yrs have never had the stomach flu that I know of. Ive never had the vomitting, chills, etc that people talk about all the time. Only time i ever puked was from over-intoxication.
