Please Please HELP!!!

ok, so I ordered something off the internet. I must have been drunk from the night before, but I ordered the hair removal kit from www.nevershaveagain.com. Bout $100 or so. So after coming to my senses and realizing that there is no way in hell that this shit is going to work, I decided to return it. The website says that if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. So I've been calling that place just about everyday for the past week and a half, and no one is answering the phones. I've left numerous messages, and received no return calls. I think its a scam. Sooooo...I decided to go ahead and return it to the address that it says to return the product to. I have tracking confirmation that says it was delivered over a week ago.

What are my options? I was thinking maybe I could do a charge back w/ the credit card company. I used my wachovia/VISA checking card. I don't care if the credit card company charges me $200 to get my $100 dollars back. I'd much rather pay them $100 than this scammer-fucktard.

Please Please help.

Yes it has to be within 30 days of "purchase"...they investigate.

Thanks for everything guys. I called Wachovia and spoke to a very nice lady. She filed an investigation for me, and told me it will only take 5-7days to get the results.

I don't remember the requirements to giving out green as opposed to grey. I used to be platinum, but cancelled when I started saving for Europe this summer.

always file a claim. The CC always immedaitely holds payment and socks a penalty fee on the company, which is non-refundable to them. Also if enough people just "file" claims, they can suspend their charge account.

those are all scams. Trust me on that.
