please looky here! my bulking diet

Meal 1
2 pieces of wholemeal toast
Large bowl muesli
2 x scoop GEN-TEC Macro Whey

Meal 2
Chicken breast or lean beef
Vegetables/Salad

20 mins before training
1 x teaspoon GEN-TEC Creatine
1 x glass of fruit juice

Immediately after training
200g Yoghurt
2 x scoops GEN-TEC Macro Whey
2 x teaspoon GEN-TEC Creatine

Meal 3
1 x tin of salmon
large bowl of pasta/macaroni

Meal 4 (dinner)
either steak/chicken/other meat
good serving of rice
vegetables/salad

Snack
2 pieces of wholemeal toast
peanut butter or honey
300ml milk

Meal 5 (before bed)
2 x scoop GEN-TEC Macro Whey
1 x teaspoon GEN-TEC Creatine
1 x glass of fruit juice (non-acidic)
 
should have added i have flaxseed oil in the morning and night time shake.. is that ok?
does flaxseed make it digest slower? i think i heard that somewhere?
 
mine looks very similar....except no flax seed oil....what are its benefits exactly? ive been hearing alot about it just never really cared.
 
should i also take flaxseed in the morning shake? or just the night shake?
 
this looks like too little calories for a bulk diet to me.I would shoot for at least 4500-5000 cals while on a bulk. Try to include more calorie dense food. and switch your breakfast to eggs or oatmeal and egg whites. Drink a couple of litres of milk, whatever you can to add more protien and calories to9 your diet
