Ok - Training partner just got the nod to do a local Tv commercial and needs to be as cut as possible while maintaining or gaining a little lbm.

215 at 10% at the moment.

I suggested the following:

Fina - 75 mg ED
Winny - 50 mg ED
Prop or Eq - 50-100 mg ED

ECA cycled two weeks on/off with NYC
Yohinburn
Clen is out of the picture

Training one body part per day
cardio 3 morining on empty stomach
2 days of IT cardio for 12-15 minutes each session

Diet is my main question......walking the fine line between losing lean mass and slightly gaining...I suggested 12-15 times bvodyweight on a 40p/30c/30f split.

Corn, I'm a writer/producer (lots of tv commercials and infomercials) and I've had to prep actors for this many times.

You haven't said how long he has to prep, but I'm assuming you have at least 6 weeks

A: EQ is always the breakfast of champions for getting ready for TV. It is the one AAS that gives you the kind of vascularity that shows up great on camera. (Stacking it with winstrol is fine... but I always through in 300 mg deca instead of fina just because most of the guys I see don't want to boot every day. I would also avoid prop like the plague.) (I just put on kid on 400mg EQ wk, 50 mg Winstrol ED, 300 mg deca wk.)

B: Have him drink a ton of water the day before he shoots. This drops the water out of his skin great.

C. Find out from the producers how tan he can be. Some darkening is great... but you don't want him soooo dark he stands out like a Hawaian surfer.

Re diet... believe me when I say that losing fat is MUCH more important than building muscle. Dolph Lundgren was talking years ago about how he went to audition for Rocky with two other guys who each outweighted him by 50 lbs... but he got the part because being cut made him look bigger.

I am surprised that you are not having him throw in ALA. YOU
and some very informed people here know it's power ESPECIALLY
for losing fat/cutting. With his cardio regimen and ECA/NYC (and
proper diet) I can only see him dropping bf to single digit's EASY.
