Please I need some post pct help

Ok I ran a crappy cycle of over the counter aas, gained about 7-8 pounds of muscle. Did a couple weeks of nolva and hcgenerate for the last month as my pct, gained more pct (15 pounds) and realized that the hcgenerate was absolutely amazing but knew I had to come off so I could recover for 10 weeks until my next (real aas) cycle. I just joined here and have seen some info on pct and some other products like unleashed..

Is there anything I can/should take now that I'm out (I run out tommorow) of hcgenerate until my sustanon cycle in February?

I don't want to lose these gains, I've been doing nothing but smiling after every set, adding weight to all my lifts. Looking pretty damn good I must say. Can I take anything over the next couple months during my "off" time?

If I can keep gaining like this until my cycle in February, holy shit, I'll be on the cover of flex by Xmas 2012.
 
if you're at the end of your pct you should be fully recovered.. meaning you shouldn't lose much if anything at all. Of course you can't be completely sure you're recovered unless you get blood work, but if you kept gaining through your pct then you should have no problem coming off.
 
Oh sorry. I started at around 175, I'm 6'2". Long and lean. Too small for aas I know, but I have alot of experience training (10+ years of athletics) diets solid, and basically just looking for mass in a hurry (career thing, also vanity). I was only training bodyweight stuff up until a month ago, but it's alot better than most people think for building muscle (think "locked up")

I ran h-drol for about a month w/formastene and novodex xt. Took nolva for a couple weeks and started hcgenrate the day after I stopped w/the h-drol. After the gains I made the month I took h-drol I thought i'd lose some but immediately started gaining more. Actually since stopping the nolva and just taking the hcgenerate is when I really feel like things started taking off. It also helped that I really beefed up my protien intake and began training with actual weights. But I've never made gains like this and pound for pound am stronger than ever. I train very intensly and pretty much daily, hiit, heavy bag, calistenics. I train to survive, survive anything, run, jump, hunt, kill, not just looks, and always will, but expect to do it at 225+ by summer. I know I make gains quickly, but I also know my body well and wish hcgenerate was in stock. I already ordered 2 bottles of bridge, 2 bottles of unleashed since I know I'll have to wait for shipping. I'd like to be 200 by mid February, then start a ten week test cycle and come out 220-225 by may 1st. That will be 50 pounds of muscle since starting back on weights, and no fat, I got veins from head to toe, you can trace some from the bottom of my abs to my armpits.
 
HAGenerate is great stuff.
no prob running it till next cycle but its prob not needed.

also for next cycle make sure you use aomthing like nolvadex or clomid for pct. (you could also throw in hcgererate after the PCT..
 
Ok so my plan is like this as of now:

run out of hcgenerate after tommorow, then nothing for a few days or a week or however long it takes for 2 bottles each of bridge and unleashed to arrive. Then for 2 months run those until I start my sustanon cycle, which looks like this:
sustanon 250mg 2x a week + .25 arimidex every other day for 10 weeks (20 vials of sus)
and adding in hcgenerate, possibly. Post cycle run nolva at 40,30,20,10 (mg p/day week 1,2,3,4) but wait 3 weeks after last shot to start that. As soon as the sus injections stop I'll replace it with bridge and unleashed.

This is where I'm confused, should hcgenerate be used during or after the cycle, or both?
It's getting a bit pricey to add all the n2bm stuff to the mix.

Coming off of the bridge/unleashed, will I suddenly find myself losing strength/weight? Or should I be able to maintain after that? I'd like to think I could take a total break at that point, which would be about next July, before concidering running another cycle to prep for a show in late november.

The more I think I get it the more confused I think I am..

So a summary:
mid dec to mid feb: unleashed/bridge
mid feb to early may: sustenon/hcgenerate/arimidex
early may until early July: unleashed/bridge (gotta maximize my beach body thru summer..)
early July-early sept: nothing (pct for my wallet)
early sept to late nov: sus or enanthate +?? until a contest late november.

it seems like you're relying on pills and needles for just about every ounce of muscle. this isn't necessary. you say you JUST started training with weights; you could make a lot of gains without all this stuff still man! why don't you just take it easy for a while? I know for a fact you can't have all your weight training down if you just started. the fact that you're already starting to juice and you've been lifting for less than a month is ridiculous. You need to build a better base naturally before you start juicing. you are way too skinny. if you wanna gain 50lbs in that short of time, you really need to take a step back and look at what you're thinking of doing. and you keep avoiding telling us how old you are. so before we give you any advice wanna share that with us?
 
I'm 34. Been training plenty, just not with weights, actually other than squats and deads i'm not so sure you need them. Without training with weights at all I came back just about as strong on them but at alot lower bodyweight, so pound for pound I'm actually alot stronger than when i was 50 pounds heavier in the past. Yes I could gain alot of muscle without juice, and it would probably better for me not to use, but that's bot what's gonna happen. I am looking for the faster route, period. I doubt if anyone should use steroids, actually. I'm pretty sure natural is alot better for you. I'm very experienced in training. Just looking for a quick way back up to "big", I don't like having to take my shirt off to look like I workout, I wanna look big all the time. Need bulk fast, well don't "need" but how much in life that we pursue do we really "need" anyway?
 
ok.. well to answer your questions, its better to use hcgenerate while on your cycle. if it gets too pricey, use hcg. its far cheaper. you shouldn't lose your gains when coming off of bridge/unleashed
 
Thanks a bunch dude. I do really feel that bodyweight training is great and belongs in everyones training, it's all about functional strength and being able to move through any obstacle, you may need to use your body to save your life whether it be fighting off some lunatic, running from a bear, or jumping over a car that's gonna run you over. I hope to combine these 2 styles of training and see what comes of it. I am trying to be extemely well rounded but finding that my interest is leaning towards bodybuilding at the moment. I tend to drive at something with alot of intensity, I really get into it man, so I want to get into shape to do a compitition fast, hit it and hit it hard. I am in real good shape, I've done just about every type of competitive sport and always trying new things. I see parkour down the road, and I am just really psyched about all this bodybuilding stuff, my goal is to become a personal trainer, so getting that kind of physique is very important and I plan to start doing it by summer or as soon as I can get my cert. This forum seems pretty great, there sure is a ton of information. Dang I'm rambling. I am actually addicted to this new size, I started out real lean so every bit has been fantastic, loving the mirror right now. Thanks again man, I think I came off like a 16 year old back there. I do want to be Rambo though, that's a physique! Plus he's fucking Rambo!!
