To be honest I have heard bad things about glycerol from fellow bodybuilders. It has the potential for hyperhydration, but, it can quickly attracts and expand total body water, causing the volume of fluid between and within cell to increase. So it won't just pull water into the muscle cell (intracellular), it also draws a lot of water extracellularly. In other words, it may make you look very smooth. Plus another downside is that it may increase the secretion of antidiuretic hormone from the posterior pituitary gland causing you to hold more water, thats bad news.
As far as the other 3 things, phosphagen hp may help if you are carb depleted. Water is a great diuretic by itself as long as it is consumed in adequate amounts, Also I have heard good things about red wine, it acts as a mild diuretic, plus it can increase vasodilation with makes veins appear more noticeable. hope this helped!!
