Ok so i have been lifting for about 2.5 years now, i recently went on a holiday for 10 days, so i had a break from lifting. I went back to the gym for my first time today, started with a few chest warm ups. I noticed that my elbows were playing up a bit, but i continued. I went on to Incline DB presses, i thought i would go a little lighter, i struggled getting the weight up, then after my 5th rep my elbows buckled. So i decided to call it a night, all the way home from the gym and even at home now my elbows are so sore! Help guys
