I am 6'3" 255# about 15% BF and am 36 years old, I feel that I have done my last bulking cycle ever, just because I have no need to carry around the extra weight or be lifting heavy ass weights in the gym anymore (injuries, etc), so what I would like to do is complete a serious slim down to about 225-230# but want to maintain as much muscularity as possible with no real concern for strength. My question is ...are there any guys out there who have done or attempted this? If so, what results did you get, what kind of diet and lifting program were you on? And most importantly for this forum, what kind of AAS stacks would work best with a serious calorie deficit diet and cardio plan to hold onto as much muscle as possible while shedding fat and basically trying to re-composition my body....

test along with some EQ and a great diet should do the trick.
Do tren if you want to go crazy.
im sure someone will tell you to do primo. Just too much money for me to try.

looks like your trying to lose around 25 pounds to get at around 10%. shouldnt be too hard my man.

Seen many do it, although not myself. Hit the cardio hard, everyday keep burning the calories. The cals you do injest, make sure they are top not and for nothing more than fueling the body. A small dose of anavar is great at keep your musle mass while losing weight, give it a shot, I've heard as little as 20mg/day when cutting.

You need (from most important to least important):
1. A good diet
2. A good workout regimen
3. GH, Testosterone and Tren

i did this when I broke my leg to help proportion my legs with upper body.I was pretty top heavy.I got off the weights for two years and did nothing but run, swim, pushups, situps ect..Followed 12 weeks to buds by stewert smith to a T.It Took me almost 7 months to make week 12 (never advanced unless could do every part of current week) with a semi decent diet it would definatly do what you are wanting.I have gotten good results lately also with going back to earlier weeks of that program and incorperating stength training with weights. If you dont want to use that the BUDS warning order is very similer (can get it on line with google easy). You can be creative with it also if you dont swim bike.If you follow "stewert smiths 12 weeks to buds" to a T you will be down under 10% by week 8 without having to be to critical on diet.(i could be wrong about the diet your a little older than me)I will say if you dont do allot of cardio now (your at 15%)and you did that program you wouldnt need to change your diet+ you will develop good core strength and muscular endurance.may not be what you are looking for but its somthing I know is very effective.Cant help you on a stack dont know enough about AAS to be giving advice.
