I just got off an 8 week cycle of Zambon Winny injectable 50 mg eod.

I had great solid gains and have been off for 2 weeks now.

How long do I have to wait before I do my next cycle which I want to do sust 250 with anavar/winny towards the second half of the cycle.

Also, does anyone know if you can inject sust in your shoulder because I hate the injections in the ass.

General theory is Time Off = Time On.


Honestly it is really up to you. Some people bridge cycles.

Others do 2 cycles a year.

Some never stop.

No one, just does one.
