One of my friends just said he is having problems bulking up, he's even eaten and slept to slow his metabolism down... do any of you know good ways he can bulk up, and get some meat on his bones? Let me know ASAP!! Thank you sooooooooo much.
well..... you know me!! what is his training like? You dont want to sleep too much, it will cause catobolism..well the way i did it was eating a lot, about 6-8 times a day, make sure he gets a lot of protein in each day.... at least 1.5grams per body weight. Just PM me and ill give you and your friend more info or tell him to join the EF craze!!!
You have to eat less at longer intervals to slow down the metabolism (starve the body). There's no point in doing that he'll lose muscle and be lethargic in general (I did this for a few years until I started training, no specific point in mind though), as long as he gets a huge caloric surplus and heavy training he'll grow.
