alright I've been working out for like two years now.you know I got some improvments but not many.Well I'm ready to do it but I'm trying to do my homework but I'm confused.I think I want to start with a tab but not opposed to inj. and I'm sure I have to take a ALA but what else?what kind of gear?This is all new to me so any help is cool.And I know you can't post a sourse or even PM it but my e-mail address is [email protected].I'm 5'11 and 160lbs.
