I know Bill Roberts is on record saying deca minus finasteride or the new dutasteride is safest for the hair. Question i am not looking to get huge, I am already 260. I am looking to get stronger and leaner. I also want to retain my hair
My thinking is this, if I can can accomplisch this with 20-40mgs of anavar/day, I will probably get the effect I want better then 300 mg deca/week. So i would be using less total androgens per week if I go the anavar route. I am prone to hair loss and was planning on using topical 5% spiro and nizoral shampoo. Since the anavar is lower amount weekly on a mg per mg basis and significantly more anabolic then androgenic, would it be safe for my hair. I dont think deca under 300mgs week would be useful would it? plus i would gain water from progesterone side effect. Also I could continue taking proscar with anavar even though proscar has no effect on anavar but would make deca worse. what do you guys think?
