please help with diet

im 5 ft 3, 138 pounds and 11/12% bf, i eat 35g of protein 6 times a day, 45 grams of carbs 5 times a day and have 25g of fat a day, this adds up to 1965 calories a day. i have a feeling this is too low as im trying to bulk up, what should i change?
 
meal one - 3 shredded wheat (45 g carbs) 2 scoops of dorian yates' tempro ( 36g pro)
meal 2 , 3 and 4, 150g chicken ( 35g pro) 70g wholewheat pasta ( 45g carbs)
meal 5- post workout shake (45g carbs) (33g pro)
meal 6 - 6 egg white with 4 yolks ( 35g pro, 20g fats)
meal 7- 350g cottage cheese ( 35g pro)

if you are bulking 150g of chicken it's not enough, pump it up to 200-250g, in your first meal you need solid protein besides the shake and i don't see any greens veggies like broccoli or sparagus, spinach.
Post meal times to get a better idea of your diet, so we can be a little more accurate help...
