I am going on a 1-AD Stack starting tomorrow. My goal is to gain weight and TRY and lose BF% or maintain it. Heres what my diet will be:
8am: Cardio 30 minutes
9am: Protein Shake (2 Scoops), 2pcs wheat toast, 1tbs Peanut Butter, 2 Fish Oil Pills
12pm: Chicken, Rice, 1 Can Tuna
3pm: Chicken, Rice, .5c vegetable, 2 Fish Oil Pills
5pm: Protein Shake (2 Scoops), 1 Can Tuna
8pm: Lean Meat (Turkey, Fish, Chicken), Salad, Tuna, 2 Fish Oil Pills
11pm: 1c cereal (Skin Milk)
1-2 Gallons Water Every Day
Any suggestion and input on how to lose bf% and gain muscle i want that 6pack.
I am pretty lean but my tummy is like a 300pounder (not really, but kinda big).
