okay I'm 15 years old and 190lbs and 6'1 ( i have good struscture and a good body for bodybuilding) I'm looking to pack on some mass I am consuming around 4000 cal a day and 200 grams of protein a day in shakes a lone now I am training for mass and need to know whether I should go one body part a week 12 sets or one bodypart a week at 5 sets each??
