Please help with a first time cycle

I have been dieting for a few months now and I have gotten good results. I am now looking for a cycle that will allow me to get bigger while keeping my lean look.

What would be a good cycle to do? I have run test cyp and deca once before but I did not do my research, and stopped 4 weeks into the cycle. Any help would be appreciated because I do not know where to start.

I eat 2000 calories a day, but I have a feeling that it will not be enough. I am 24 years old and weight 170 lbs. (Before the diet I was at 186)

Thank you for the link, I will absolutely be incorporating some of those foods into my diet.

My diet is as follows;
Five meals per day, two of which are replacement meals. Three to four hours apart.

32g protien
50g carbohydrates
8g fat

The foods are chicken, turkey, tuna, mixed veggies, brown rice, oatmeal, butter, or peanut butter.

I also take plenty of omega 3s, glutamine, bcaas, probiotics, and taurine
