please help...ripped but no six pack??

l'm pretty ripped everywhere, but have a thick layer of fat around my abs. l don't drink, and l work my abs about eod. My question is, what should a use to burn this away during the first half of my next cycle? l'm 21, 5'9" 165lbs, 3 years of training. Thanks
 
I guess ripped is a relative term but if you have a thick layer of fat on your stomach..then I wouldn't consider you ripped. BUT YOU WILL BE RIPPED IN A FEW WEEKS...RIGHT BRO?

The most important factor is your Diet. What is your BF%? You have to have a caloric deficit in order to lose weight.

Eat less calories than your AMR (active metabolic rate)

I would start by eating 500 calories less than your AMR. You can play around with this. Doing cardio in the morning(on an empty stomach) is optimal for burning fat.

Keep fat intake low. But get your EFAs(Flax Seed)

You could try a calorie ratio of 40:40:20 (Protein:Carbs:Fat)

or 50:30:20

There are numerous diets and there are infinite ways to set up your diet....Most WILL work if done properly. The important part is that you use more calories than you take in.

Do a search..there are TONS of info.

great info strong island. I found that a 60:20:20 worked really well for me. You can try topical yohimbine hcl too.
 
Thanks for the great info guys. l would say my my bodyfat is at 9-10%, but l am very vascular, and have thin skin. l do cardio about 3 times a week, and eat decent with high protein. l'm afraid that if l stack t3 or clen to my cycle l may lose muscle with the fat. Or should l just go without a fat burner, and throw in some primo or something?
 
Have you ever had a 6-pack? I was thinking of someone like Boyer Coe who just doesn't have the ab structure underneath....hopefully this is not you

soom someone will come in and advertise yohimburn like always :). I'd use that stuff but it's too expensive for a college kid like me.
 
ripped is 6 percent or less. 10% one can see upper abs at 9% more ab development showing. as one loses bodyfat it moves to lower stomache this is always the last place to go. fat burner for sure. more cardio and more carefully monitered diet will leave ya ripped from head to toe.
 
Try to use an ab machine that you can add weight..Instead of doing reps,, build them up...I used to have a tuff time getting a six pack...Hell even getting a 4 pack..Then was to told add weight and build up a thick ab wall.........At a higher bf% you still look good..
