please help....need advice!!

ive been on a decca/test cycle for 2 and a half weeks and ive put on 28 pounds and it aint muscle. Also ive been eating very clean and ive been weighing all my food so I know ive defintly been consuming 4k of callories a day. Would it be such a bad idea if I did a cutting cycle to lean up and add some muscle at the same time. Some guys on this board said they did it and I was wondering if anyone else on this board have done the samething with good results.

It's called water weight. What does your diet look like exactly? 28 pounds is a tad much but 4000 calories is bird feed for an average bodybuilder trying to grow. Unless you're a tiny little guy that shouldn't be the problem. You may be sensitive to edema as many other are as well. Dietary factors as well as AS will most certainly increase water retention rather dramatically. Don't cut if your plan was to bulk. Stick to your goals or you'll never get anywhere. It will only give birth to bad habits. You MUST realize you arn't going to be shredded while bulking. You will be smooth and puffy. Most guys can't deal with this fact and that is why most guys never truely get big.
 
well my diet is very clean, I eat pleanty of tuna fish, soya protein shakes, milk, cereal, bread, pasta and noodles. Ive been eating 6 meals a day so far without skipping any apart from today because of this damn bloat. ive gone from 197 to about 224 pounds and i feel very bloated and slugish. I tried to lean up before this cycle by going on a low carb diet a month ago and I went down to 173 pounds. As soon as I started eating high carbs again I put on 20 pounds and then started this cycle and increased my callories by 500 and put on 28 pounds so ive dramatically put on a ton of weight in 1 month which is not good for my heart atol so you can understand why im concerned. Anyway thanks for your help
