ive been on a decca/test cycle for 2 and a half weeks and ive put on 28 pounds and it aint muscle. Also ive been eating very clean and ive been weighing all my food so I know ive defintly been consuming 4k of callories a day. Would it be such a bad idea if I did a cutting cycle to lean up and add some muscle at the same time. Some guys on this board said they did it and I was wondering if anyone else on this board have done the samething with good results.
