Please help me with this stupid question.

Is buying syringes illegal in any states? I can't seem to find an answer and I don't want to go out ordering some and risk getting busted. Thanks for any help.

Depends on the state live, but is considered paraphernalia if your caught with gear along with them.

I'm ordering gear from one source, and then syringes and such from a source completely different. The syringes and needles are obviously going to be for intramusclar injections because of the size. If the syringes and needles are confiscated by themselves, am I going to face legal action? I won't say what state I live in over an open forum....if you need I will PM that information. From Animal's site: 'The only states that require proof of license for vet needles are Mass, NY, Virginia and RI', so you can get them from me or anywhere. I know of no restrictions on 'research' facilities or ink filling as seen in those commercials on TV. Know and exercise your rights. As far as I'm concerned, needles are legal everywhere for lab/research/ink filling/and measuring out over the counter could medicines and the DEA has not told me
anything different. I use syringes in my lab for sterile transfer and then I don't need to wash any glassware or worry about breakage as I would if I were using glass pipettes. Many people also use them in their kitchens to inject food with flavorings or administer liquid oral medicines. If you choose to do something illegal with them in your state then that is between you and the government of your state.

Basically if you are in some other state than the above 3 you can order any combo of pins you want and have them-legally.
Now-if things transpire and law enforcement wants to say 'parephenalia' know your rights and keep the purchase slip/proof.

whats the website that had weather a pin is legal in what certsin states? i think IL maybe illegal i dunno and i want to find out....thanks for your time
