Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below the most weight i lost was in a 4 month period, but in march of this year i was stuck at the same weight for months and until late last month when i started this diet i started to show results again, if you stick with it maybe it will take 5-6 weeks, i am still not where i want to be yet, by end of june i will. i went from 18-20% bf to 9% now it is crazy, and for your cheat days, I would stick with a cheat meal or 2BigD83 said:
