I would personally start with a lower dose, ie 4iu a day, and up it 2iu every 1-2 weeks, it will keep side effects like carpal tunnel to a minimum, and pyramiding up will help keep the gains coming as your body doesnt get used to one dose

FOR overall fat loss. I would lower the dose and run it DAILY.
FOR MASS,,SIZE,, you could run PWO along side IGF1LR3 and if experienced,,,Insulin.
3 times a week and 10 i.u -s per day is greate mass build?
