Please help. How do i take the liquid Clen?

The bottle says 30ml @ 200 mcg/ml

How much do i need to take and how can i measure it?

I am taking 100 mcg split into two doses daily. 50 mcg= .25 ml's or .25 CC. I am just using my .3 cc insulin needles atm to draw up the clen. On a side note this stuff is great and very potent so make sure you start at lower doses for a few days.
