please help!gyno question?

i am running 500mg sust per week 8 weeks, i am about to start 3rd week and noticed a little puffyness in 1 nipple so today i took 10mg nolvadex, if it doesnt't clear up in 2-3 days ill up it to 20mg. my question is is this an effective remedy, and now do i have to run nolvadex until clomid????

the only thing more effective is anastrozole.

Lemme ask you this: Are you just noticing puffiness, or do they actually hurt? Are they inflamed and swollen? Puffiness is fairly common especially if you use aromitizable drugs like test. It could either be water or estrogenic fat, most likely the former. It's only gyno if they are very sensitive and become red and swollen.

hey man, thanks for your reply, their not red or swollen, but i do notice a little puffyness and a little tenderness under the left one, nothing under the right and there is no lumps, i think i might be paranoid which is why i took 10mg nolvadex

Up your nolvadex dosage to 40mgs/day until symptoms subside,then stay at 20mgs/day all the way through your cycle up till clomid therapy.Next time grab yourself some liquidex PRIOR to cycle,and run it at 1/4cc EOD,and you'll never have the problem again.Good luck.
