Yep, it has to be his decision. For me something just clicked in my head that I had to lose weight (I am 6' was 255 now 195 from a 40 waist to a 34). I had my wife take a before pic, and let me say that is the BEST thing I could of done. I would work my ass off and go home and look in the mirror and think my God, I don't look any different and this training crap isn't working. It was about two months later that we FINALLY got the pics developed.....and let me tell you my wife and I were astonished the change I had made in just 2 short months. After that I new things were going to change so I just kept doing it....I was and STILL am ADDICTED to my new lifestye. We have pics of me from every month for the past 10 months (front, side, and back). Just looking at those prove you are changing, gives you a sense of what you are doing is worth it and also lets you evaluate yourself to see what you can do to further progress. One other thing that was my best friend thorugh it was WATER!!!!
