Here's the deal. I'm tryin to drop some more fat pre cycle (end of April. As of right now i'm averaging <35g of fat, <200g of carbs (75 PWorkout), and about 200-300g of protein.......about 2000cals/day. On top of this i'm doing cardio 1/2 hour 3-4 times a week which burns 500-600 cals. Also hittin weights about 45-1 hour 4-5 days a week. Add the xenadrine and 250mg of dnp/36 hours i just started this week. Now, i'm wondering if i'll be creating more harm than good here by burning muscle on top of fat. I'll stop the dnp after this week and maybe hit it again (250mg/36hours/1 week) later on.
So if you figure it out, just by cardio and caloric intake i'm at 15 cals a day, minus the lifting, dnp, and xenadrine. Should I up the cals on my cardio days by about 500 to spare the muscle loss?
Sorry if this is confusing, but lemme know what yuo think. Keep in mind i'm an endomorph.
