I was just curious what it feels like if you dont notice any swelling but you feel some sharp pain around the chest area. Thanks

I have never experienced it but from what I understand it's an itchy sensation with puffyness and redness under the nipples. If you notice any swelling, tenderness or itchyness under or directly around you nipples I would say it's a good sign.

yes you are right but it will feel like a bb under the nipple direct. you will know when you have it cause one day its not there and the next BAM you got it. if that is the case then you start with 40mg of novaldex till the lump goes down and then maintain 20mg a day till the end of cycle and a week or two after. now this is from personal experience from me so i cant tell you if it will be the same for you but it should. if you dont get it when it is itchy and a little lump it will continue to grow and get more painful.
