training since 2003, bodybulding for 2 years (4 shows, junior level)
these pics are weigh-in night last year at 190lbs.
i am currently one week into my prep for ths year and haven't gained much more muscle since last season due to a crappy offseason so these pics are probably going to be my conditioning this year. thanks!
