Hey guys, looking to put on about 15lbs of solid muscle and drop down to 10% body fat. Currently I am at 12%bf and weigh 185lbs. I have done 4 cycles before. But to be totally honest with you guys I did not 100% commit to the cycles. I thought that i was doing good with diet and training as far as what exercises I do and how I do them. I got hooked up with a trainer and my life has totally changed. I just completed a cycle of test only @ 500mg weekly and It by far has been the best cycle I have done. Previously I have used dekka, T, tren a. Not all at the same time lol but in different cycles.
With that being said my trainer has proposed a cycle that I should use and I just want to get you guys opinion on it.
Weeks 1-5
o Sust 350 x2/week
o adex 1mg daily
Weeks 5-10
o super T 300 x3/week
o dekka 250 x2 week
o adex 1mg daily
o var (starting week 7) 80mg daily
weeks 11-13
o dekka 250 x2/week
o var 80mg daily
weeks 13-15
o var 80mg daily
Weeks 15-19
