please critique my clen cycle

hey guys, i am considering running this clen only cycle. I plan to have my diet PERFECT



Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
normal gradually)
Day14: 60 mcgs
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: off

My question is...what kind of fat loss can i expect to see while doing this. Do i HAVE to run an ECA stack or something similar after the 17 days are up?
 
Looks pretty good to me bro. I run mine 2 weeks on 2 weeks off usually. I usually go up to 100mcg a day but it is up to how your body is reacting. I taper down also. Keep the diet in check with some cardio and you should be able to lose a nice amount of fat. When I come off I just drink green tea and take some caffeine pills. It is up to you but an ECA stack in between clen is used by a lot of people I hear. Good luck.
 
Take 2 tabs(40mcgs) day 1 and increase by 1 tab/day until shaking or side effects become too much then back-off by 1 tab and hold at that level. If you possess a good tolerance to clen, then stop at 140mcs/day (7tabs) max as anymore is overkill, the receptors quickly become saturated and can't take it.

Do this two weeks on and then two weeks off (on 2 weeks off i usually do e/c/a)
