Please critique my cheezy cycle

I weigh 272... 28%BF... (thick and big boned...all my weight is in my stomach.. so lay off the fat ass jokes), and have a 2 cycle history. I've been "off" for about 8 months now and need to get in shape for summer.

Weeks: Product/Doseage:
1-9 QV Test Enan 250mg/wk
1-9 QV Nandrolona 300mg/wk
3-9 QV Stan 50mg (Winny) every day

I was thinking of tossing in some Cytomel to increase my metabolism and drop some fat, but am unsure how to work that in (maybe use it toward the end of the cycle?).

I am doing cardio 3 days/week... 30 minutes on treadmill each session (varying the incline, and jogging in intervals). My workout routine is also going to change; I'm doing higher reps, lighter weight, and drop sets. I am also going to improve my diet by eliminating sugar (as much as possible), and eating a lot of meat with fewer carbs.

Will I experience much bloat with these low doseages of test/deca? At my weight, will the low doses be ineffective? I will also toss in some nolva at the end of course to jump start my nuts.
 
Shift the winny back 3 weeks...that way you can end everything together and plan your post-cycle recovery a little better.

I think for your weight I'd up the dose on the deca to 400mg/wk or higher. Same with the test, 300mg/wk or higher. I'd inject both every 3rd or 4th day.

Well, I'm getting the 10ml bottles that are:
QV Enan = 250ml, 10ml bottle
QV Deca = 300mg, 10ml bottle

If I simply double the doses to 500mg/test, 600 mg/deca.. will that be too much? Since I typically measure the shot out and even it up to 1 ml, it's easier to go with round numbers.

If I were you, i'd try to lose the fat first and cycle later. At high bodyfat levels, the majority of weight lost will be fat anyway, so most people don't need AAS to help prevent muscle wasting.

But if you insist on doing it, the cycle looks good.
 
well what is the goal of the cycle?
and i would like to see your diet and change that training before you try T3, it is harmful and no wonder drug.
i would change your training to high intensity, this high rep stuff is just crap, stay between 6-12...no higher. what you need to concentrate on is the time inbetween sets....no more than a min...on smaller bodyparts hit 30-45 secs.
you need to hit up way more cardio, you are obviously a endomorph(have a slow metabolism) so you shouldn't worry about losing muscle. Hit up an hour 4-5 times a week. I do as much cardio as you and i have a real high metabolism, and i dont lose any muscle.

My goal of the cycle is to simply look better than I do now, with some signigicant strength increases (ie. get my bench back over 400, etc..). I'd like to have a "cut" appearance in my arms and quads.

I don't have a specific diet plan in place, but would like to get one. I realize SwoleCat provides incredibly good diet instruction, and will probably hire him to design a plan for me. But quite frankly, I'd like to find some info on the web that outlines exactly which groceries to buy and what not, without spending 150 bux.

My purpose of going with low doses of test/deca is to avoid bloat. I have a very slow metabolism, and I can gain 20 pounds by just looking at dbol (had a terrible bloating problem last time I took it... split several pants, had difficulty getting out of chairs, outgrew all clothes in 4 weeks-NOTHING fit...). But on the flip side, my strength was absolutely insane.

The problems with taking deca at 300mg/wk is that this low dose may be ineffective for me because I weigh so much, and I understand deca is only effective when you consume a lot of calories - the very thing I'm possibly seeking to avoid.

I thought of simply doubling everything (except winny - too expensive to take 100mg/day for 9 weeks). If I took test 500mg/wk, deca 600mg/wk, and winny 50mg/ED...would that be good? Or would I bloat up like a baloon?

I will increase my cardio to 45 minutes... have no problem doing that 4 times per week.
 
change diet up the cardio def. intensify the workout...and i would say tren 75mg eod with oral winny at 50mg/day or inject if you want at 50mg eod. (put inject in w/tren)
 
I think tren would be a great idea, but it's fairly expensive when bought pre-made ( I don't have time or patience to cook the shit). I thought you needed at least 75-100mg fina every day for it to work efficiently. I would prefer EOD injects, so as to not turn my ass into a pincushion.
 
Gaining fat is like a snowball effect: The more you have, the more you gain.

I gotta say, I *highly* recommend you try to lose the fat first before you cycle again. With some dedication you can easily become more "cut" without any anabolics.
 
here is a diet that will make you lose weight if you follow it

meal 1: 3-4 eggs, 5-6 egg whites, 1 cup oatmeal,
meal 2: 2 chicken breasts and banana or myoplex
meal 3: 2 cans tuna, 1 cup brown rice, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 cups brocolli
meal 4: 10 oz turkey breast, 2 cups mixed veggies
meal 5: 10 oz lean beef, 8 oz potato, 2 cups veggies
meal 6: 50-60 grams whey protein, banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter

just an overview
carbs, protein, and fat can be exchanged if calories stay the same
carbs: rice, potato, oatmeal, hash browns,
protein: whey, eggs, beef, turkey, chicken
fat: peanut butter, almond butter, eggs, beef, flax seed oil.

I'm excited about actually getting on a diet... for me, the word "diet" has always meant switching to low fat milk, low fat ice cream, and low fat microwave popcorn. Silly as it sounds, I've never realized how important that aspect of training was. I've never eaten correctly, but I will do so now. I'll keep ya posted on the progress...
